How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over a qualifying amount. The current threshold will be displayed at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States. We're working on expanding internationally — stay tuned!
📦 Order Tracking
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
My tracking number isn't working — what should I do?
Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to activate after your shipping confirmation email is sent. If it still isn't working after that window, please reach out to us and we'll look into it right away.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at the email below with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions within 1–2 business days.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no hassle.
I received the wrong item. What now?
We apologize for the mix-up! Reach out to us with your order number and a photo of what you received, and we'll ship the correct item to you right away at no additional cost.
